Killing 2 birds with one stone, or how to work on memorizing Jazz standards/form and working on Ear training at the same time – here’s an example of going through All the things you are using roots/fifths –



Other combinations – roots/thirds, roots/sevenths, thirds/sevenths etc are also good work, all under the ruthless supervision of the metronome of course. A good start would be to apply this routine on a few different standards and then branch into more than one key – hours of fun!
